2006 Roadster Maintenance Question
Figured I'd ask all the smart folks a question. I have a 2006 model and it just turned over 50K miles. Is there anything in particular I should do for preventative maintenance? Car runs perfect and has no issues. Thanks for any tips

not a bad idea to change fluids
On an older motorcycle I have, I noticed that it was getting harder and harder to push around. Odd, so I checked wheel rotation and the front was dragging a bit. Turns out the caliper pistons were not releasing so well. Disassemble the calipers and noticed there was contamination in the caliper piston area, thus it couldn't move freely. Could have been a really bad experience. So I'll be flushing the brake fluid on the xfire as well as replacing the engine coolant. Brake fluid attracts moisture also, so refreshing it is a good idea.

Also the cooling system. Basically, if it was a fluid, it got changed, except for the windshield washer fluid.

Most of you covered my suggestions: brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid if stick. I had my plugs checked and while 11 years old and 53k miles, they looked fine so we left them alone. At 10 years you might consider replacing tires if they are oem (at 50k, I doubt it).
