Default Crossfire roadster totaled

Well.. I hate to say this but my son was involved in a accident almost 3weeks ago. Everyone is okay.. but the insurance decided to total out the crossfire . The impact was in the rear drivers side and front corner of the drivers side. I've been fighting with allstate about the replacement cost the last few days. Looks like we might be able to come to a agreement hopefully by today. Anyways.. I wanted to see if anyone needs anything that wouldn't be to noticeable before the tow truck picks the car up. It's currently sitting in my driveway
I was considering buying it back but when they threw out $3500 to buy it back in just laughed.

What a shame, it looks very repairable.

Not the the insurance company, its cheaper to pay the value of the car vs repair it. Insurance will always go the cheapest route.

When it goes on auction it will probably sell around $1,000

To look at insurance auctions
Iaai.com
I have watched srt6 less than 70k miles with alot less dmg than yours sell between $1,500 and $3,000.

Pull the trim rings from around the front speakers. They frequently break and are hard to find. Ditto for the radio ***** if still good. Sorry to hear about the misfortune. There are fewer and fewer every year.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune! I'll take the trim rings and speaker grilles.

Here are some other things to save:
"Crossfire" letters off the trunk too are hard to find...sell for $15 a letter
Cigarette lighter element
Tool to manually lower top if you have it

I could use the passenger side visor.

I argue with Allstate every year that despite their high premium on our Crossfires they will just total it for a minor accident.

Have seen a dent in the front fender and they total it out, depends on the insurance company, some will only replace with new parts, some will try and fix, no new fenders, so car gets totaled out.
Why I have seen several on insurance auction that has minor dmg.

I agree, make them an offer, it is likely negotiable. Absolute Shame to total for such repairable damage. I would be looking for used parts. Heaven forbid that I'm ever in that position. Good Luck.

It sure would be a good investment for a 'parts' car for an owner!
