Turning bulb signal socket

I bought a new Peugeot turn signal bulb socket for the crossfire headlight from Lithuania and it isn't working at all. I have a question, i'm wondering what i'm doing wrong?. The bulb is brand new the socket is brand new , everything fits and i'm wondering why it isn't working. Does anyone have a used turn signal bulb socket OEM for sale?

Are you sure you have the correct bulb which touches the socket contacts?
Some bulbs have the contacts at different positions.
Have you tried using a test meter on the socket contacts?

The Soviet is.for many makes of cars and the bulb that fits is not for any specific car make. Just check that there is power at the socket and it is the correct bulb as specified in the Crossfire Owners Guide.
