Default My Second Crossfire - My 6 Speed Roadster

My first day with my 6 speed Roadster - Love it !!
Miles at purchase - 51511
Got my new rear tires on this morning and went with the 285/35/19's -
Did a little topless driving with temps only in the 40's today -
Yup I must be a new Roadster owner...LOL

Gary - Very nice roadster! I especially like the Aero Blue color - one of my favorites.

I don't know if others get as many compliments as I do, but you probably will.

Please limit your posts to car related matters. Everyone knows you are more handsome than Gary

I know you knew the seller. Did you convince her to put the Magnaflow exhaust on it before you bought it? lol

My friend bought it here from another member back in March 2009 from the original owner.
He was a Chrysler employee and was transferring to Las Vegas and was forced to sell with only 6855 miles back then and it was modified with the following shortly before it was sold to her.
The car went in service February 2007.

Full body protection package (undercoat, interior protectant)
The TVT single CAI, injectors, tune, grounding kit, sprint booster, and Magnflow cat back was put on.
It has the TSB kit on the headlights so no fogging at all.
Also it has a Mopar windscreen with carrying case too.

Driving this car on a regular basis will take ten to twenty years off you age. If you can, take a dose daily.

It is hard to do in Chicago I know. But try. You may not live longer but you will enjoy it more.

My Roadster with a stick is a garage queen right now. As a commuter, the SRT is just "boring"

If driving a Crossfire Roadster will take ten to twenty years off my age?? I better go out and buy another one, The one I have is not doing that. "I keep getting older.", But I am still having fun with it. Lorne

Growing old is mandatory...; Growing up is not.

Ive been enjoying my 6 speed Roadster and been adding a bit to it recently

I added some more badges and Emblems to my new 6 speed Roadster
Making it much like the Coupe I had for 11 years and recently sold
I found an extra set of Karmann Badges and Karmann Letters from the factory years ago when I requested a couple of sets of each.
The Crossfire Roadster logos on the front and rear emblems as well as the wheel caps are sold here by Andrew >>
Revised Crossfire Emblem

Thanks to a good friend and fellow Crossfire owner locally
I have had my crappy sooty dirty OEM brake pads replaced on all 4 corners with some clean new no/low dust Rotex Gold brake pads on my recently purchased 6 speed Roadster

No more brake dust and I'm beyond happy
These are the same brand pads I had put on my first Crossfire Coupe back in 2007 right after I bought it and discovered this forum.
Also thanks to my friend Jim in Michigan for making these brake pads available as they are no longer available anywhere anymore

Jim has more items for sale here >>
OEM Parts, Conv Top, Windscreen, Cover & More
