Key Fob not working, car will not start

Just bought a 2004 Crossfire. Drove her home over 12 hours...all was well.

Today I drove her a short distance.

Got back to the car, the key fob did not work, put key in the door to unlock, alarm went off and car will NOT start.

Have read some of the issues...would appreciate any feedback.
I am hoping it is not a dead SKREEM....Help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Batteries in FOB good? Not sure if the Alarm activation will keep car from starting. Someone here will know.

Try disconnecting the car battery for 1 minute, reconnect, then use remote to deactivate alarm.

Both FOBS have the same symptoms?

How old is the car battery? Bad batteries cause all sorts of problems.

I once had the same issue.

Tightened the loose battery connections fixed the problem.

Let us know if you resolved the issue.
