How Many Yaw Sensors in a XFire?
How Many Yaw Sensors in a XFire?
I have a 2005 Limited Roadster 6-spd Manual. How many Yaw sensors does my car or most other Crossfires have? Is there a Yaw Sensor module and a Lateral Acceleration Sensor? Do our cars have one or the other? Both?
The Chrysler Dealership gave me the model number for a Lateral Acceleration Sensor (Item B in picture) to replace. In the center console we found the Yaw Sensor Module (Item A). Have not found the location of the Lateral Acceleration Sensor. They each have completely different plugs.
Yaw Rate Module - Item A
Lateral Acceleration Sensor - Item B

The Crossfire has only one. You are assuming that the info you got is correct, dealers will change anything to see if it fixes the problem. Your problem could be just the brake switch or a wheel sensor problem.
HVe you had the error codes read?
