Default Korean auto imports

Morning all, merry christmas and happy new year to ypu.
Not sure if this is the right place to have a bit of a moan. I paid for goods from the above store some 5 months ago and have not recieved the goods. Have emailed their spare parts and sales addresses but have not had any response at all. Has anyone else had issues?

Could use a lot more information here. What is the URL, what did you order? Did you use a credit card? Have you reversed the CC charges if a CC was used? Did you get an invoice in an email?

I ordered from them last spring or summer a few cheap things just to see if they were legit. What I ordered came within 2 weeks. Ordered again from them this fall and took over a month to finally come. The email that finally got things done was from james@sherwoodautomotive.com. i had sent to Info@SherwoodAutoMotive.com and Sales@customsorento.com. and didn't really have any luck. I found out the first time that just because it's on their website and you can order it doesn't mean they can get it. I'm guessing they don't keep any stock, they're just the go between between customer and supplier. Good luck!

Had the same problem with them several years ago. Definitely put them on the naughty list. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
