Anyone know this Crossfire?
Watch at your own risk! You might not like what you see!

That is the way a Crossfire should sound.

Re: Hoonigans with a Crossfire

Did you notice that at the very beginning of the video they call it a Chevy Crossfire?....uggh. If Chevy made the Crossfire this forum would not exist because there would be none left running.

The reason there is not a significant difference in time around the track is because the time is limited by the track and not the drag on the car. The car just had to produce more horsepower as they deployed more chutes to create the nearly equivalent times. Were the engine's horsepower maxed out at the first time around, it would have been a different story with increasing lap times.

Next time try it with a Prius and there will be significant lap time differences. :)

Sound like no setup to me....because there is no exhaust aft of the headers. :)

It was interesting to hear what a Crossfire sounds like with no exhaust.

Honestly I love the sound. Would be great to have at a car show, probably miserable as a DD. Thank you David
