DCAI and 62mm SC pulley installed finally
Finished a few projects this weekend including the PSK for the SC pulley and the DCAI. The red really turned out nice I thought, thanks Rob! I couldn't believe how tight the driver side hose was to get through, it literally takes the shape of the hole. I can really hear the super charger whine now. I haven't WOT yet because I want to get a tune first to juice up the fuel. Then I will keep working on installing the zt-2 to get some real numbers to send to eurocharged for a custom tune. I also got a set of motor mounts in this weekend, and yes, they were a PITA and having my son help was huge.

That looks really great. I worked on installing my DCAI this weekend too . . . stalled for the moment waiting for my 74mm throttle body to arrive. Question . . . what did you do with your horns? I have the same set up as you and Rob told me those are the larger 90 degree elbows for the "extreme" air filter system. The longer elbows extend the filters farther toward the center of the vehicle and prevent the horns from being re-attached in their original mounting location. Rob is exchanging my larger 90 degree elbows (like you have there) for the shorter ones which will allow me to re-mount the horns in their original position.
I had a single long bracket with both horns on the driver side. I moved the entire thing down inside the compartment in front of the driver side front wheel and behind the fog light. This kit really sharpens things up AND provides performance. What a deal! It was a perfect fit with no rubbing. Good luck with your install, and post some pics when you get finished.
Looks awesome. Feel proud about installing it all!
I just can't believe that I got it all done in one day. Fubu you're getting a 61mm sc pulley right?
I just re-checked all the bolts (except the motor mounts) and everything is still torqued the same after 3 heat cycles. There is also still no rubbing with the pipes. GREAT instructions Rob!
My eurocharged (61mm tune) is scheduled for tomorrow. I missed fedex today with the boost sensor and harness for the zt-2 though.
I have an exhuast leak so I might do some exhuast work while its out getting a bung installed.
Anyone have a favorite place for the boost sensor? pic's welcomed

in the y pipe or the mani for boost. 1/4 npt fitting. watch idc with the new files, 181 or 185 size boost tends to run lean and larger injectors and fuel pump is the answer
Thanks again. I didn't get a re-tune yesterday and am re-scheduled for tomorrow.
Steve, how do I find my IPW so I can calculate IDC? Will my wideband provide this? Then if the IDC is 100% (or greater which is not possible) then it is running out of fuel?

Hi bud,
Looking good! Yep, was on the first train for the 65mm and now first on the 61mm. Been in contact with Jerry and the figures are looking very good.
What is your setup?
DCAI + 62mm + PSK?

Yep. I would like to do some exhuast work next. Might needs some fuel mods if i'm too lean.
Would be very kind if you could let me know what Jerry says about tunning lean. Please also tell him to save your tune as I have the same setup (but a 61mm) I wil be re-tuning at a later stage. (remote tune.)

Ok. Same as above but swap Jerry for Adam.
get with rudy for the calculations needed for the zeitronix. im using a durametric cable and it does it for me. anything above 80% duty cylce and its time to upgrade
