Default Urgent! I need help clutch malfunction

Hey guys, I really need some help with this if any of you have experienced this with your manual crossfire or anything similar. Basically, I was driving the other day. I was in second gear and gave my crossfire some good acceleration. I missed the upshift from second to third gear (as we all do every once in awhile lol) and when I went to actually put it in third gear I couldn't. I then try to push my clutch in and can't feel it. I frantically pull to the side of the road and my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor. I turned the car off and pulled the pedal up with my hand. Now the clutch does not get stuck but all I can do is start the car. The clutch is very loose and weak up until the end where it gets stiff but I can't get my car in gear. I had to have my crossfire towed that night and am in desperate need of advice of what might have happened to my clutch. I really want don't want to take the crossfire to a dealer and want that as my last resort because I hate dealerships, they overcharge for everything and are thiefs so that's my last resort. I have 19,000 miles on my 2006 roadster. Please help me if any of you guys might have an idea of what is wrong with my clutch and what happened. Thank you!
