Default Crank pulley still ok? (pics inside)

Hey folks!

A friend's crank pulley came off a few days ago and wrecked havoc in his Honda! That made me look at mine a little closer. What do you guys think? Does it need replacement or is it still ok? Seems the rubber has not detached at all but it does look slightly worn.
What's everyone's opinion?

Thanks,
Nick

The crackling you are seeing is probably the paint they used when it was manufactured. It looks normal to me according to the pics.

This is not an item that routinely needs to be changed, if you aren't having any issues, let it alone.
