Default Issues after 74MM TB upgrade, fuel trims high??

Hey guys, so I finally got around to doing the 74mm TB upgrade a few months ago. Anywho, this was done right before the really cold winter months of January/February, probably early in December.

So the TB went in fine, without any issue, aside from some pain in the *** while trying to put that stupid plastic holder back on. Never had any issues before the upgrade, so I think something isn't right because of it.

Before the TB upgrade, my Check Engine Light never came on. A couple of months ago, it showed up throwing the error codes p0174 and the other one that always pairs with it. It's basically saying the engine is running lean on bank 1 and 2. I have torque pro, and decided to take a screenshot of my current fuel information for both banks.

Here's what I'm working with currently, as of tonight while I was out driving around so see if the damn fuel trims would settle back down with a quarter tank of gas and seafoam in it.

NOTE: the fuel trims will not go below the 25 value no matter how hard I drive the car. Seems they level off there?? I do not see or feel any issues in terms of driving. The engine responds well, and there's no "lag" or hesitation in any gear at any rpm. What the hell is up with those fuel trim levels????
