Default Nav vs. Regular

Is there a difference between the navigation unit and the regular Infinity one, sound-wise?

Yes there is a noticeable difference sound wise between the two. The Nav does sound much clearer but is not worth the extra cost if you were to buy it retail.

I had the stock radio for about a year then upgraded the nav and there is a difference in the sound. I upgraded for the nav I was unaware that there would be a sound difference.

How hard is it to upgrade to the Nav unit?
