I just purchased and had installed a new sound system. It is a Kenwood KVT-617DVD. It includes DVD, Nav and sirius Sat. They did not have time to put in the new speakers or amplifier. I am extremely pleased with the way it sounds without the aforementioned additions. I can hear the music with the top down. on the expressway. In fact, the cars I went by could probably hear the music. LOL. (man I hate hearing someone else's radio next to me when I am at a light).

I have to take it back in the morning (about 2 hours more) to hook un the amp and sat. Nice unit.

 

my sound improved a lot too just by adding a quality deck.

CONGRATS ON THE NEW SOUND UPGRADE!!!...I will be joining you soon...but im keeping the factory head unit and using the JL audio clean sweep and adding 1 JL audio 10W7 and prob. adding two More 6 x 9's and an alpine amp to power the mids and highs and a 880 watt Soundstream amp for the One Sub.
