8:30am meet in parking lot for convoy to Fairgrounds

1:30pm Annual Founders Board Meeting -C-I-C-C-I tent at the Carlisle Fairgrounds

3:00pm
-C-I-C-C-I Ballots must be turned in

7:00pm Awards Dinner at Hampton Inn Catering by C&J Catering with Free Open Bar Compliments of -C-I-C-C-I.
8:30PM Start of Awards Presentations:
"Host Hotel Appreciation Presentation" - by Board of Directors
"Crossfires4Charity" Check Presentation - by Chas
"Car Show Awards Presentations" - by President/Selected Directors
"CICCI Awards Presentations" - by Former Recipients

I am going to hopefully arrive Friday in time for dinner....wasn't sure before, but looks good now...

For those who are into collectibles and memorabilia.

CICCI is doing an Auction on the first two numbered and signed Eric Stoddard prints that we have received.

Print #1 is being sold at Carlisle's

Print #2 is being sold online at CICCI



Both Auctions end on July 10th. All Proceeds from the sale of these prints will go to Crossfires4Charity and donated to the Children's Cancer Recovery Foundation of Harrisburg, PA. A great hospital, a great cause and a local organization to the Carlisle Event.

Crossfires4Charity will be accepting donations all weekend at our show tent.
So don't forget to bring your checkbooks.
It's all for the kids after all.
