Cincinnati Ault Park Concours d'Elegance
 

These guys sent me an email back in February looking for nominees for this years show. I blew it off for a couple weeks until I saw they had a 2000 future classics class. I figured what the hell, and filled out the online form and sent them the required pictures. Today I got this email. Ironically the featured marque this year is Mercedes-Benz.


Hello Mr. Helferich,

I regret to inform you that we are unable to extend an invitation for the 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Roadster to participate in the 2015 Ault Park Concours. The class that your car is eligible for was over subscribed and we are not able to add any additional cars this year. Please feel free to nominate again for the 2016 Ault Park Concours.

I am signed up to attend the Bantam Jeep Festival in Butler PA that weekend anyway so even if they had "extended an invitation" I would have declined. So why am I a little pissed.
