2007 CrossFire Columbus Ohio Area
I traded in my CrossFire to replace my wifes ailing car. I am feeling like my best friend is gone, but it is better that my wife has a reliable car to drive to work.
I am posting to let anyone that was looking in the Columbus Ohio area for a CrossFire this would be a good one to purchase. Here is the link,
2007 Chrysler Crossfire < Columbus OH | Jim Keim Ford
Just had the oil changed about 300 miles ago. The only issue I had was the leaking valve cover access panels and the dealer fixed those under warranty. I was the second owner and drove it for two years. In the winter it spent a lot of time in the Garage, but I did drive it on sunny days when the roads were clear.
I have nothing to do with this dealership. You guys know how we feel about these cars, just trying to get it in the hands of someone that loves them as much as we do.
This is a great forum. I will still visit daily to see what is going on,
Thanks,

You should have just put your wife in the Crossfire, they are reliable! Good luck with you new car.
The dealer photos make it look like the right rear tire is flat.

Why didn't you just let your wife drive the Crossfire? Love the interior. I used to have a Crossfire with that color interior and I miss it. Looks like you took very good care of the car.

We did try having the wife drive it for a bit and but she really did not like like the manual shift (all the fun stuff I liked). I tried not to bugging her about where she was parking but could not keep my mouth shut, so it was better we got 'her' a car she 'wanted'.
Thanks for the responses.

Maybe the thought crossed my mind....but like you said would not be the cheapest way to go and not so easily replaced either when you get my age. This way I can go back to dreaming (SRT6) and saving again to get another CrossFire someday. Might even be some strategic planning in there somewhere...
