Default Renntech ECU Upgrade

Has anyone done the Renntech ECU upgrade for the Limited?

Also, what was the price of the performance package for the SRT-6? The prices for the Limited packages were laughable.

Why don't you search for the word "disobliging" in the dictionary.

you noobs are becoming so annoying. archives are there for a reason. you know why you have such few responses over two days, because nobody wants to cover topics that have been talked to death. you've been here for 4 months, and obviously you know nothing about the car. search.

So, by your logic, because I didn't search, that means I know nothing about the car...that makes a lot of sense.

Did you ever think that maybe I have so few responses because not many have this done? Take your feelings of superiority and stick it.

And for the record, I DID search. You've assumed too much by thinking I randomly posted this and have made an *** of yourself. I want to speak to those with the upgrade, as I've already stated earlier.

Yikes, here we go again ! Renntech & Brabus, terribly overpriced and overvalued. Everytime I mention them at the track to other German car racers, they roll their eyes and say, "what a waste of money". I routinely see an EVOTECH or EUROTUNER BMW, AUDI or VW at the track and always pay attention to how they perform.

There are many discussions regarding these vendors on this site and until they start showing-up at the track with mods on the Crossfire, nobody will pony-up those ridiculous dollars to experiment...

Seems like we are stuck in limbo with this vehicle. On the one hand we have a beautifully designed, rolling work of art and are fortunate to be limited in numbers. On the other hand, because of it's limited numbers, no one makes anything for it. Well, that sucks.

Thank you. Their ECU upgrade is roughly triple what others ask.
