Hey guys...I finally got around to installing the AMG dead pedal and eyelids... Here are a couple pictures...

I'm not sure on the part #... I bought it from a forum member. You can find them on ebay though...

Thanks for the comments... at first, I didn't exactly know if I wanted to install the eyelids, but after I painted them and installed them, I really like the look...It ties in the hood with the front of the car.

Nice dead pedal. But IMO headlight eyebrows should not sig "on" the lens. They should "surround" the lens including the curvature of the lens. That is why I don't like them.

Plus I think the stock headlight shape is perfect.

 

Looks good. Where did you get the eyelids and how much where they ?

 

i agree, about the headlight eyebrows, how they should form completely around it...and i also love the look of the headlights on this car for some reason...but blacklimited's eyebrows are the best i've seen.

 

I purchased these eyelids from another forum member, so I am not sure where they were made. Possibly CTD-germany? They are very good quality and the lines matched the hood line perfectly. I bought them unpainted and painted them myself with 2 coats of urethane paint and a coat of clear.
