Default My Car Is Falling Apart!

I have a To-Do list a mile long for my Xfire, but don't have anytime to do it.
Have to:
  1. Go to dealer and get them to replace chrome cover on my foglights that fell off.
  2. Order another set of valve stem caps.
  3. Change my oil since i just hit 7,000 miles.
  4. Fix my hatch rattle.
  5. Install my Rotex Gold brake pads.
  6. Detail my interior, I wash the outside often, but never get around to the inside.
I plan on heading to the dealership this weekend. I'm figuring they wont have the foglights there so they will have to order them, then i plan on getting my oil changed there too since i have a coupon for $15. Then I plan on coming home, washing my car, detailing it, taking wheels off changing brake pads, and give the inside of my rims a good cleaning. Then check my hatch. I read adjusting the rubber stoppers should fix that. Hope i can get it all done.

Just made an appointment with my dealer to change the oil. He told me there is a TSB to adjust the hatch. Check with yours while you have it in for service.

There is also a TSB on the small 'chrome cover cap' inside the fog lamp assembly. If it has fallen off and is rattling around in there, it's under warranty.

yea i know about that TSB. i heard they replace both foglight assemblies. guess i need to change back to my stock bulbs before they say my aftermarket bulbs were the reason for the failure.

Romio,

Caution... Is that a $15 dollar off...or a $15 oil change...either way...make sure you are getting the Mobil One oil and Mercedes fleece filter. You know what you want i'm sure...but many dealers don't and use their STD Bulk oil unless you specifically tell them...its not a STD Chrysler like all your other cars here!! You don't want to ruin that beautiful engine!!

Read the fine print on that oil change coupon... most of the dealer coupons do NOT apply toward any SRT product or high performance vehicle.

I was told that the oil itself is too expensive for the dealer to eat that.

I don't have a SRT. And I don't know if its $15 off or that's the price, i'll have to check. If not, how much should i expect to pay for a change and get mobil 1.

Romio,
Items #1 and #4 are the only items that should like repair issues. Your title made it sound like our crossfires are a piece of junk.

Ok, what exactly do I tell the shop to let them know that the hatch is covered under the TSB. I know it means its covered, but really don't know exactly what it means. Should they know how to fix it? Is it work them messing around on something they might possibly not know how to fix. Also what type of oil filter do I tell them I want?
