Default Warning light you don't see very often

Trying to get the problems with my Crossfire fixed I took it to Junction Chrysler in Chardon, Ohio. The service manager said I had too many problems with the car for him to work on and that he was not responsible for damage done to the car by the original dealer, Classic Chrysler of Madison, Ohio.

Took the car to Classic and they agreed to try to fix the problems (some of them for the sixth time at that dealer).

While trying to fix the driver's seat bottom heater they removed the seat (leaving a fresh set of gouges in the door sill) but couldn't get the required parts so they replaced the seat (leaving it in the full up back vertical position) and told me to bring it back when they got the parts. When I got in the car an unusual warning light was on so I brought it back. The service guy said not to worry about it, the seat harness was disconnected until the new parts came in.

When I got home I looked up the warning light (bottom left) in the manual. It indicates that the air bag has been disconnected.

I'm not sure about Chrysler/Benz, but I know on most Fords and Nissans, the seat belt pre-tensioner must be functioning properly before the airbags will deploy. The tensioner is able to communicate with the airbag (since both are supplemental restraint systems) and if the tensioner is either corrupted or malfunctioning, the AB light will stay on until it is fixed. I'm assuming this has to be related to the wiring harness he left unplugged, and it would be a safe bet to assume the seat may not be torqued to spec 100%.

Have them check that out, and the light should go away. Sorry about the gouges man.
