After 39 Months...Goodbye...
My 39 month lease on the 2004 Crossfire is expiring and she will be turned in next week. I am now working with Nissan North America and just took delivery of a 2007 G35 Coupe on a 15 month lease. It's a fantastic car, in many ways much better than the Crossfire, but I've already seen three G's that look just like mine in as many days...that didn't happen with the Crossfire.
I will keep in touch and look back with fondness on "what could have been" with the Crossfire. Good luck to all, and enjoy your rides...I still think they'll be a classic some day!

Oldfritz, congrats on the new G35, I'm sure you're going to like it. I almost bought one before the Crossfire.
Can't blame you for leaving the group cause your lease is up. There are so many really great cars out there to pick from, if I had to get rid of my XF for some reason, I'm not sure which one I'd buy.
I saw a new Tiburon yesterday, and I thought that looked pretty nice, I love the G35's, I really like the Cayman's (but they're too expensive) and I could go on and on. So I'm glad I'm "stuck" with my Crossfire (since I bought it) so I don't need to make any decisions.
Let us know how the G35 works out for ya, and take care.

While it's sad to see members go, I'm glad that some people are turning in their Crossfires when their leases are up. That means more Crossfires for the rest of us! Now that I have my sunny day toy (SRT-6 roadster with ~ 415 miles on it), I plan on getting another Crossfire, probably a coupe, to replace my '96 Lumina sedan as a daily driver. An '04 coupe with ~ 20-30k miles on it priced in the mid-teens would be perfect. I'll wait until the summer's over and I have to put away my SRT-6. Given that the Crossfire came out in the '04 year, I expect a lot of 36-39 month leases will be ending right about now so, hopefully, I'll have many nice ones to choose from come September or October.
If you're driving a leased Crossfire, please take good care of it and treat it gently!

sorry to see you go...
but i do think you will enjoy the infinity coupe... the exhaust sound/note is worth the price of admission in itself...
