Sales

The sales of the Crossfire have been slow, with an average 230 day supply of the vehicles as of November 2005. The Crossfire has been outselling its predecessor, the Plymouth/Chrysler Prowler ever since. In December, the cars were listed on Overstock.com to clear out inventory. Very few Crossfires were imported to the United States and Mexico for 2006 (and almost all of these were roadsters), though there is a 2006 model for Europe and Canada.
Year [2]
2003
2004
2005
Production
35,700
28,000
12,500
Note: Cars produced in one calendar year may be marketed as the following model year.

Cool Re: Crossfire Production Statistics

True...my '05 Roadster was built May of '04 and went into service in '04 so I bought the extended warranty for it.

You have two things in your favor.
  • Falling prices (you will not have that much to save).
  • Inventory (still new 2005 models on the market).
I would wish you good luck but you will not need it.
