Does anyone know how many are left? Are we going to be seeing "new" crossfires at dealerships for the next 3 years?

very possibly... around 80k were built and most of them for the United States... if we bring all the data from all the months since the first realease somewhere around septemeber 2003 we will know how many exactly have been sold... for the United States so than we can have a general idea how many are still either unsold or were allocated... for other locations...

I think another year of new crossfires at minimum..

XFire sales down 88%!! Yay!!

People are just misinformed about such a nice car. They are passing up a nice Mercedes/Chrysler vehicle.

In comparison, Nissan 350Zs are down 27% and Infiniti G37 sales are up 101%!!

I'm glad I got rid of my G35Coupe though. The altima coupe looks just like it. Certainly can't mistake a Crossfire for anything else. Also, because it was never updated, I don't have to long for the new version.

On a bright note, even discontinued it looks like Crossfire sales were 60% higher than Viper sales for the month. Cool!

Um, being that the Viper is a limited production car set to about 1000 units a year, that's not a comparison. Don't dog the Halo car...

thats bescause the new viper costs 3-4 times the price of a what the new crossfires are going for..

anyways high sales is not a good thing for us drivers.. at least not in this case..

Interesting press release and statistics on a few levels. Certainly the very low Crossfire sales (which I presume reflect new 2006 and 2007 as well as 2008 model sales?), but also looking at the other models. No mention of Sebring in the release, even though it was highest volume car model - wondering if Chrysler is planning some sort of revamp on that model to correct the generally panned styling. Also, surprised at how few Dakotas were sold - Durango (low mileage SUV) even beat it out. All those "minuses" in year over year has to be cause for concern though. Particularly the Caravan, where 2008 is the brand new model.

The Sebring is the very first car listed in the data.

My build number is 73,xxx and I bought mine in December 2007. My guess is that 2008 should be able to sell off the last 6000 or so cars (if there are that many left.)

you have the highest build number that I have seen!

The original contract with Karmann was for 100k, but the poor sales caused a cut in production..

I thought the last VIN was 76046 & I think I've seen 07s with VINs of over 74000....so I doubt there could be more than 1-2000 08s.

I was just doing a search through the Chrysler website. I found build # 750001 at a dealer in the Buffalo area. Black Limited Coupe.
