Probably "daily drives" the XF every day that he doesn't drive the 4x4 lol.

A case of "term abuse" I'm sure

Lets face it, the XFire is not for everybody !
You can't haul hardly anything, except for a lil A$$, they're cheap to buy but costs an arm, leg and four fingers to maintain, they're definetly easy on the eyes except the when the preverbal parking lot idiot slams his SUV door into one of the quarter panels and you can't hardly look at it, they burn gasoline that cost's on average 20 to 40 cents more per gallon than anything else !!! Geez......what the Hell.....I Luv It !

Just my Dos Centavos !

I average under 10K miles per year as a daily driver. A few days a year, on bad snow days, it does not leave the garage. It is small. If you have to haul stuff it better be small stuff. Nothing is ever in stock at the dealer including things as common as windsheild wipers. Other than that, been a blast for 4 plus years.

Ebay search for a crossfire, you can message the buyer, and offer $12-13k, usually everyone is desperate to dump thier crossfire because of exessive expense of living and the economy is taking a dump now!

pretty soon maybe 2 years you'll see 06 crossfires selling for dirt cheap. probably around $10k

I'm ave 25.1 mpg ('07 6speed), 91 octane costs 20 cents more / gal than 87 octane around Kansas City. Over 100,000 miles I'll use 4,000 gallons. 4,000 X .20 = $800 more than to put 87 octane in.....an additional $800 over 100,000 miles seems pretty trivial to me.....that's less than an extra 1 cent / mile.

I love this car.....zero defects after 1st 7,000 miles.....

ii drove my crossfire every single day for a year and a half(rain, snow) and it got around great in both. I had absolutely no issues with the vehicle, and these cars get great gas mileage; my trans am gets about 12mpg and my escalade on the other hand gets about 13-14 mpg mixed driving...thats burning fuel
