Looks like it's a base. Not a bad price but try to do better.

Re: Good Deal?

It's definitely a base model, which brings up an interesting point.
It appears to have leather seats, with adjustable head rests.
A couple of weeks ago I was dickering on a '05 roadster base and it too had leather seats, with the adj. head rests.
So what's the deal? Did some '05 base XF's have leather and some have cloth?
I'm confuscerated.

Hummm...that is interesting...I was looking a a black 05 with cloth interiors, had about 20k on it (Pittsburgh area). Dealer was going to sell it to me for $12,800, after he had the seats re-done in black and red leather with heaters for me.
He was pretty hot to move the car. Maybe the seats on the one you are looking at were done after market?

Re: Good Deal?

Those are not leather seats. The head rests might. But you can get leather seats from katskin for the base.

The price is high IMO. Should go for $11 - $12K for a base.
