Hey Everyone,

I know you all must browse ebay from time to time to see what is out there. Well, today I noticed several postings that peaked my curiosity. There are several and I mean several new Crossfires for sale at a dealership in Spring, TX. (Near where I live)

1) They are advertising 2008 Crossfires with 3.8 L engines. Is there such an animal.

2) I wonder why they have so many? I drove past their lot and yes they are there.

3) They are asking near the original MSRP. There is no way anyone would spend $39K for the car today when you can pick up a low mileage coupe for less than half that.

Just thought this would be a good topic for discussion.

There was a dealer near Houston that had a bunch of crossfires that wasn't discounting them. I thought Chrysler shut them down over the summer. I suspect that's where those cars came from.

 

Yes they are listed wrong. They're not 3.8L...they're 3.2.

I'm in Houston and I called the Chrysler dealer a few months ago (still looking to buy mine). The list price on Ebay is wrong as well. They said they'll give it to me for $24,500 before TT&L

I'll wait till the winter when the prices drop a little more and go their personally to talk to the sales manager. I'm hoping I can get one for around 20K
