When I bought my crossfire I was told and I have thought all this time that I had free scheduled maintenance for the first year??? I'm not positive, does anyone know? I took my car in today for the 10,000 mile service and they want to charge me $105. That doesn't sound like premium care!

 

I paid for a maintenance plan for the first 50k miles. I never heard of any free maintenance kind of incentives or anything like that.

 

My dealer promised 10 free oil changes but will believe it when I receive them.

 

The premiun care plan gives you a free rental car when you are having scheduled service or warranty work done. I think that is all it does

 

True.... The Premium care is what I got.

 

it ended up just being my dealer i guess.... they have free oil changes for the life of the vehicle.

 

The Premium Care Plan comes free with any Crossfire or Pacifica.

 

Do you know if they will use Mobil 1 oil?

 

They used Mobil 1 on my oil change, and that was my exact cost. Mobil 1 just costs more... Beats the price of an oil change for a Ferrari Enzo. Uses Shell Helix 10W60, and uses 13 quarts of it... and a $60 a quart, thats an almost $800 oil change! :shock: I guess if you can afford that car, you can afford a $800 oil change very 5000 miles.
