Given the absence of trees the altitude must be 10,000 feet or so. NA's would suck on those roads.
SRTs would likely do well enought to fly over the side from time to time.

This is where top gear took the lamborghini gallardo superleggera (jeremy clarkson), porsche 911 gt3 rs (richard hammond), Aston martin (jams may). I wish we could rent a cargo plane and head over.

The N/A's will run at 10,000 ft, just not as fast as one would like. We have roads like that in Colorado. Unfortunately most of them are not paved, require high clearance, and only passable from July until October.
