UK/EU Members
I posted this question a while ago, and just want to follow up, and see if any dealers can get this part yet.
I was wondering if someone could ask their dealership for the price of the side-markers on the Crossfire... Here is a picture of the UK version: https://www.crossfireforum.org/uklight.jpg and here is a picture of the US version: https://www.crossfireforum.org/uslight.jpg I think the UK version looks much nicer, and I would like to have one shipped over if possible. |
Hi Jlr,
I can get the parts from my local dealer ,they are forward order parts ( about 3 weeks ) they cost 16.76 each plus VAT (thats our tax ). I suppose I could order them and give you the Dealer name and you could pay on your credit card , or I could pay and you just wire me the money.I am sure we can work it out . Our VAT is 17.5% of the total so the parts are 16.76 tax is 2.93 thats 19.69 each I think exchange rate is around 1.72 so thats US 33.87 expensive HUH ? and thats each ,let me know . Regards JJ |
The Euro lamp protrudes about half an inch from the bumper surface to meet Euro requirements. Notice how most European cars have that little amber light somewhere between the front wheel and the door? That's because that light has to be visible from 80 degrees behind the car. The Crossfire fulfills the requirement without having to clutter up the front fender. I prefer the US lamp because it's flush to the bumper surface.

the lights are not markers , they are turn signals only on when turning or setting alarm & protrude best part of an inch, check-out the light in my album.
