KIT, is that a stick or automatic? Does your fuel have ETOH in it?

 

Very true, she does more HWY driving I think also. But ya I do mostly city and stop and go.

It's a 6 speed. Not sure about ETOH. I'm in Illinois I take whatever premium is.

 

I wish our gas prices were that cheap.....

But I have never really cared....never paid attention when I bought the car and don't pay attention to that since Eurocharged has had the car.

Only pay attention to try to be empty for when I pass by the high octane stores up north.

 

No let feather footed franc drive it more, he's saving the environment one gas tank fill at a time.
Kit Fox is doing the gas mileage calculation the proper way, not a couple of fills and then coming up with a erroneous bench mark.

 

Lot's of highway trips to Detroit in the roadster at 70-80 mph yields 28+ mpg (calculated) and around 400 miles per tank. Best was 30.5 mpg. The SRT6 gets only 23-24 mpg, but I have to admit to a heavier foot when I drive her.

 

My best was 415 miles on one tank - all highway, about 75MPH average. I coasted into the gas station with the needle buried on empty.

 

I got 321 miles before fill up this weekend. put me at 21.69MPG. But it is heavy tuned and hwy is 80mph at 3k rpm.
