Default Traded #2815...

Hey Gang,

Took a weekend trip down to Bisbee, AZ this weekend. It's an old copper mining town 240 miles SE of Phoenix turned into an artsy fartsy kinda place. Every old hippy in the world must live there. I came across a new ride I really like, soooooo...

I traded this...

...for this!!!

Hey AZ, did you make it there and back without a damaged windshield? I swear I've gotten no less than 3 chipped windshields driving back and forth between PHX and Tucson over the years.

How was that drive when you're getting close to Bisbee from Tombstone? I seem to remember some nice hills around there.

krusty,

Nope, no cracked windshield this trip. I already had a small stone chip repaired the second week I had the car. In the last seven years the red racing Honda has had 5 windshields and the Jeep has had 6 in the last five years. Lucky I have "no deductable" glass coverage with Nationwide and my rates have not gone up.

Yes, a nice little ride between I-10 and Bisbee. Also took the long way home... Bisbee through Sierra Vista back to the freeway. A lot of fun 65 MPH wide two lane roads.

The autocross was great! The new front brake pads work great too. The car was a blast to drive, as always. They should be posting the videos from yesterday some time tomorrow. This was a little tighter course, but the Crossfire was up to the task. We made 4 runs and I only blew one gate on the first run. The next 3 runs were all clean and the time came down with each run. I Love it!!!

Good news is it looks like the tires on the new car are probably 13's, don't have to worry about the 18' or 19's anymore
