Hello everyone, I have been looking at the Crossfire since I was in college and finally got the chance to purchase one! It is a 2005 with 17,000 miles on it, I am the second owner! It is a Certified Pre-owned so I still have about three years of power-train warranty on it! I am even happier driving it than I thought I would be, and I am excited about the community that I am now a part of!

Yeah, guess I deserve that, trying to come off too spyish in the pics I suppose, I am very lucky to have both my wife and the Crossfire!

 

Thanks for the welcome, I have been on here for a while and learned soooo much from everyone. I have already performed the "How to Relay Control Module" fix and have also bought a spare CPS for the glovebox! Everyone I know has noticed the perma-grin and the "powered by Mercedes -Benz" logos I put on the car! AAAhhh, to be a Crossfire owner!

Always nice to see another TN owner. You'll have to make a drive to one of the Cars 'N Coffee events in Franklin one Saturday. Also, we have a fall "Tail of the Dragon" run coming up later this year. You definitely don't want to miss that.

Yep, that was me! I have been finding excuses to drive out for little things every chance I get. I have gotten so many comments and questions about it since I picked it up! I was laughing last night because I kept looking in the rear view mirror and seeing people say "what kind of car is that?", and the other person say "it says Crossfire!" Lip reading is always a great skill! I look forward to going to some of these get togethers!

All of the cars I have owned have been black (granted, none of them as nice as the XF) and every time I say to myself, get another color, maybe it will be less maintenance. Then I remember all the times I have cleaned a black car and how great it looks for the first ten seconds! LOL Thank you for the congrats!

Its even better to stop at a red light and put the spoiler down, then watch the peoples faces behind you as they try to imitate it with their hands to the person that missed seeing it go down..funny stuff
