Has anyone else tried to order accessories from the crossfireshop.com site? I ordered the cell phone holder about 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I left several voice messages and sent several emails to find out what was happening, but never got a response. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute it because thought I never got the product or received a response, they charged my card immediately. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

 

same problem. i ordered the cell phone holder over 5 weeks ago. still havent received anything. i even paid for 3 day shipping + tax because im in nj. this is bullshit.

 

the same guy runs the shop as runs this forum. and we haven't been able to track him down for several weeks. Something dire must have happened (death in family, computer at home crashed, car accident, etc. ).

you ordered with a credit card, right? just fill out the dispute form on the back of your cc bill and be done with it.

 

gotta figure out what to do. used a check card.
