SS brake lines, where to buy and which to get?
As part of my brake upgrade/repair project, I'm in the process of trying to locate a good, affordable SS line kit. Just bought some R1 concepts, e-line, slotted rotors. I won't be doing this job myself, as I have no idea what I'm doing. I rather let the Mercedes dealer in town do it.
Anyways, the consensus seems to be to go with goodridge G-Stop brake lines, but I've had a hell of a hard time finding them. I've only found them in two places, and they're a little pricey:
Goodridge G-Stop Brake Line Kit
Brakes for 2002 Mercedes-Benz SLK32
Needswings seems to be the only place that sells them and specifically states they're for our cars. The tirerack one I found by looking up a 2002 SLK32, as you can see.
So, any suggestions? Anyone know where to get the kit for our car for cheaper?

Unfortunately they are expensive, but in this case you do get what you pay for. I have them on my XLR with the same brand of drilled and slotted rotors that you purchased. I purchased mine on ebay for about $130.00. In my opinion they are a great upgrade and worth the money.

Also, does anyone have any other SS lines in that are cheaper but just as good?
I purchased the rest of items I'll need for this job- akebono euro ceramic pads for the front and rear and 2L of ATE super blue for a system flush/fluid change.
I guess I don't NEED these, but it sure would complete the upgrade. Would kind of be pointless to put the super blue in without them too. Plus I do autocross seasonally.
How are the StopTech lines? Is there anywhere to get those cheap?
Anyone have any experience with any other lines?
That was for front and rear, so $35.00 per wheel is not to bad. StopTech are comparable, but Goodridge are rated to be better. This is one area that I would not cut cost.
