Call back the DCX Customer Care line. Tell them specifics on your car not being in your hands for X number of days. Tell them you are very upset and there has not been any resolution.

The information found in your last call said you were offered to fix the problem. There was no report given to the business center, as the dealership was trying to work with you on the issue. If this is not true, you need to let corporate know.

Call the customer care line every single day, maybe even twice a day.. Complain so much that they will just want to shut you up and give you a new car.... Just a theory. That is a rediculous amount of time without a car that you are paying for every month. If I had such a problem I would drive right to Auburn Hills with my lawyer, but hey, I live 10 minutes away from DCX headquarters.... Not an option for you

i agree completely. this is not just another car to the germans (the guys who really own chrysler) and they believe in the car they built more than they do the company they bought. their long-term marketing strategy has us being the advance guard for the new image.
