Andrew, how did you gets two inches out of the lowering? Mine goes in this week for the Eibach springs and they claim 1.2 inches of lowering both front and back. Did the Koni's take it down a little more?

Also spoke with my suspension shop and Eibach states that the factory shocks are just fine, no need to upgrade unless you want to.

P.S. Still debating on the spacers. My guy at the suspension shop wants to take a close look at the wheel configuration before offering his advice on the spacers. I like the idea of moving the wheel out to fill the well but want to make sure there won't be any unusual side effects. Have you experienced any problems at all with the lowering and spacers?

most spring companies are very conservative on their lowering specifications (the car is lower than the manufacture states). this is the case with mainly h&r but the crossfire application is lower than stated with eibach as well (unusual for eibach). the koni shocks do not effect the ride height whatsoever. the spacers have no unusual side effects to the car...expensive...but create the look i wanted.

Andrew,

Do you know the weight of the spacers? I'm trying to lighten my XF to increase its performance. That includes me going on a diet.

It does look fantastic. Do you have any worries that the body will rub against the tyre?

they are very easy to install... remove wheel...attach spacer to hub and re-install wheel using longer lug bolts. the spacers lock themselves into the rim bore/hole and around hub.

i ordered mine through: tc kline racing 614.771.7744 (ask for pete). they are located in ohio.

i have corrected the files. pics without & with spacers.

the reason i recommend 10mm in the front is...any larger of a spacer would push the rim past the top of the wheel well lip.

the rear looks best with a 12mm spacer imo...some are going larger in the rear but i don't like how the rear tire sticks out so far from a rear view. (max in the rear would be 15mm)

i'm not into pimp'n my ride. i want a clean look and an aggressive stance.

hope this helps!

without spacers:

with spacers:
