According to Chrysler's web page, you cannot get the cedar or light grey interior for 2005. Thats ashame.

Or a "distinguishing characteristic" for those of us 1st model years buyers who bought one of the two tone color schemes? Or is that just on the basic model, and the "Limited" has other colors available?

That sucks... the dual interior color option is not even on the SRT-6

Have you looked at the base models? notice that the accents are the exact color of the car so that they do not stand out...

Glad I got my 2004 this month for the price of the 2005 base model 8)

I'm glad I got mine well below the price of an '05, but that's the way Chrysler is taking care of us. EP, employee price, is awesome. $1g down $300/mo. Who can argue w/ that?

Those who bought into D/C's Crossfire hype and paid MUCH more, and were hoping the car would hold some value.

I paid much more but then I have had it much longer and had way more fun. The measure that I use is fun per dollar not resale value. Using the fun per dollar measure I am way ahead of the game. I won't worry about resale value for at least 3 years. If it is worth over 10K at that time I will be a big time winner.

i'm thinking that chrysler's own web page might be wrong. other sites such as edmunds list all three existing seat colors for the "limited" coupe. the roadster is also supposed to have an option of dk slt/vanilla. the crossfire roadster given away on the apprentice show had the dk slt/vanilla seats.

I think that the crossfire will hold out one more year or two and then go the wayside for something even bigger. Since they are limited production and they're numbered, I believe they will to hold their value just for that key charicteristic.

Much like the saught after Prowler........

The two tone leather is still standard on the Limited Edition Crossfire. The SRT is not available with it. Crossfire Limited also has the mechanical spoiler while the SRT is fixed. This is from the chrysler site.

The SRT-6, if I remember correctly, seems to come with two tone cloth on leather seats to keep you planted in your spot when you hit a tight corner at higher speeds.

The 2 tone seats are still available for 2005. I looked at a 2005 Limited this weekend and it had the cedar interior.

Yes, be sure you check out the limited as opposed to the base model. The base model only comes in black with black exterior trim and I believe only one choice in interior color.

James - Have you noticed the pics of the base model seem to have no silver accents?

The door handle is black, the side vents are black.... the front window surround is black too.. looks kinda cheap...

I saw the base model a few weeks ago at the NewYork auto show and it looked really bad. It had cheap *** neon cloth seats, no grey accent side gills, and they left the silver painted engine cover without paint at all. Just flat black. To me they decontented the premium sports car integrity out of the. Who ever herd of a thirty thousand dollor sports car with cloth seats.
i think the model is busha. Bobby N 04 #2551 Graphite 6sp
