What kinda of power does the tune give you and if you add normal mods will you retune it if necessary?

 

...and waht about an SRT? What with just a single cold air intake.

Pertinent info would be the result of the tune, what difference in power does this make?

 

Not to take away from the remote tune deal as it is a very good deal, but what is the update on the INDY dyno day tune? And anyone wanting an increase without a lot of mods, here's the deal...right here. I need the dyno because without my gauges installed with the mods I have on the coupe, this wouldn't be very smart for me. But for those with the normal mods, cold air intake, pulley, etc, this is a great deal.

 

doc with the hundreds of files jerry has im betting he can send you a file that fits your mods. he did with mine and didnt even break a sweat. afr's at 11.8 at 170mph. he has just about every combo possible for the s/c 3.2 engine imaginable. with the limited aftermarket it isnt hard for him to do

 

guessing isn't in me...like to see the numbers...would rather do it on the track, but the dyno will get me close. Not very many "240" manis out there btw...

 

If I wasn't working with Rudy to try to get a V8 thrown in my coupe, while keeping the 6 speed manual transmission, I'd probably look into this! As it is, I'm still waiting on a reply from him to start the process moving forward.

 

...actually Doc, Jerry might just have a file or two that would work for you. Considering Jake's C32 had 240-style manis, but done by EC...and had tons of hours on the dyno doing tuning after that modification.

 

That file might work Matt...I may give them a call this weekend...just don't like quess work...love to crunch numbers.

Hahaha... money isn't the issue, Boiler.. I've sent him a couple of PM's, and he hasn't gotten back to me yet... Not sure what's up, but <shrug> Don't want to bug him about it, I suppose.. Although, the engine link I sent him on Ebay probably already expired... >.>
