Default Looking to buy...help

Hi

I've been looking at the Nissan 350z GT up to now and was dead set that the car for me however my boyfriend told me to have a look about and not be so blinkered and that's been i came across the Crossfire coupe.

I saw a beauty on Autotrader (unfortunatley it's now sold) and it set my heart racing for the first time in a while. I have to say i was thrown by how reasonable they seem, i'd never even considered one before and i'd always just presumed they were expensive..they certainly look it, i think!

Anyway i'm looking at spending up to £8K and wondered what age/mileage/spec i should expect for my money. I may consider spending a little less as with the 350 i'd been looking at 05/55 plate max in my budget and i've seen a few older crossfire's with low mileage go for a steal on pistonheads.

I'm based in the West Midlands if anyone knows of any that may be of interest.

Hope i've posted in the right place and not waffled too much.

Thanks Jen.

Since you are located in the UK, try the sub site below, I'm sure they can assist on any questions you may have related to ownership in the UK. I looked at the 350Z, intending to buy until I found the Crossfire, which I bought.
Good Luck,
Dennis

Hi Jen... apart from Autotrader also try e-bay (obviously!) and pistonheads.com - large amount for sale usually HOWEVER as in all things not all the for sale ones are good!!! There is a young lady on here that's selling her red 56 XF with low miles and the price has been reduced to something a little more realistic. What condition it's in I have no idea but from the pics it did look good (as it should for 20,000 miles!!). Look for it about 2/3 months ago on the UK section of the forum.

Oh and be prepared to travel for a good one!!!
