White paint thrown over black crossfire
Stupid vandalism plain and simple. Notify your Insurance, make a Police report, and take it to a body shop that will know how to remove it safely.
It should fall under your "comprehensive" coverage so you shouldn't have to pay any deductible.
If they can't get the paint off without damaging your cars original paint, then at least your car is black, and is easy to match.
Good Luck

And this would NEVER happen to the real Superman...
I'm sure it will be removed with little problem. Are there any suspects? Girlfriend's husband?

That same thing happened to my fathers Shelby mustang... It sat on there all day and came off with water (it was oil based) but same thing black car white paint... People have no respect, it's simple jealousy it's a shame.
Lacquer thinner will take it off in an hour. And it wont hurt the OE paint. Just be careful with plastic or rubber parts. Use latex gloves and rags to keep it off your hands.

I have dealt with this many times with customers car while being a detailing business owner.
Fingernail polish remover will safely remove the excess paint off the factory paints surface and glass without harm. Pour the fingernail polish remover on to a microfiber towel and rub lightly and let the product do the work. Like Magic the white paint comes off with ease. Polish the factory paint as normal.
Warning do NOT use this product on plastics or rubber ONLY the metal & glass surfaces.
The sooner this is done the easier the job.

He's just as cool in person
Oil base paint or latex based paint should come off with strong solutions of mineral spirits and washing with dishwashing detergent. However lacquer based or enamel based paints will come off with a solution of lacquer thinner and automatic trans fluid mixed together . The oil cuts the thinner and doesn't soften the orig paint . Try different portions of thinner to oil until it breaks the paint and doesn't soften the orig clear. However looking at the pic I hope it isn't lacquer or enamel based because in that quantity the thinners in the paint have already melted into the orig clear thus creating a bigger ptoblem of stripping, sanding etc. major paint proceedures JMO Best of Luck
