Crossfire model

Saldous:

I just received a birthday gift and it is a Testors Crossfire Model.
Very unique in that body is full metal with much detail. 30 additional parts in plastic are ready to install to body including windshield, front/back bumpers, lights etc. Allows you to detail engine, interior, etc. before install. Hood and doors open. Comes in SSB colour with two tone slate interior. This is part of EASY BUILDER KIT.

I now have a BLAZE RED full metal bodied car for sale. 1/24th scale
by Motor Max. This has two-tone gray interior as well with doors/hood opens. Anyone interested, send me email or private message.
Serious enquiries only.

ugly rims and lowering job, but that's a nice blue! if they made that color i might have had to get it.

i'd like a model crossfire. i already have a 360 modena that i'd want to match scales. but i don't remember what scale the 360 is cuz i got it from italy 4 years ago. it's about 9-3/4" long. any idea what scale that is?

My Blaze Red Crossfire model is about 6.5" in length. It's 1/24th
scale. Sounds like the Modena is 1/18th scale. A bit larger.

Any pics of it? I have a burago model with is 1/18th scale. Very nice.

My guess is that it is 1:1.
That's my final answer.

According to Edmunds, the 360 is 172.3" long, so a 1/18th scale model would be about 9.5" and a 1/24th would be about 7.2" long. Sounds like yours is definitely 1/18th scale.

well plunkett officially has the brains! i never thought to compare it to the actual car length lol. thanks a lot.

Hey Adam,
If your Mom has the crossfire, is this one your Dad's? (I like the effects in the 2nd pic.)
What else is in your garage?
