Default TO the taller XF guys and women 6 ft plus.

Ok. I'm 6'1" and 160ish lbs. Started awhile ago but when i drive for longer than 10-15min my leg starts to fall asleep and get that pins and needles feeling. Never had that problem in any other car. It begining to make the car irritating to drive. Anyone else having this problem? Man the hits keep on coming. THanks for any feed back.

im 6'1, about 175. its definately tight, but i knew that going in. Never had my leg fall asleep, that would definately not be something id like to deal with. I pretty much have to sit completely upright and move the bottom of the seat all the way back.

I'm 6'1 too. I weigh 86kg, not sure what that is in lbs. I just struggle with getting in and out easy. Maybe you have bad blood circulation. Go see a doctor and get checked out.

I'm 6'1", 215. About 8.5% fat. I don't have any problem, and can't even drive the car with the seat all the way back. I think it could handle me being about 2" taller. I have a long torso and short legs which might have something to do with it.

I'm 6'2" and I find the car ok to drive but I am uncomfortable in the passenger seat.

In the passenger seat??? What the heck are you doing over there. The real fun is behind the steering wheel!

i don't understand how a car being too small could make ur leg fall asleep? maybe you could explain if know why? i would think that u having to bend ur knee or something to fit in wouldn't have any affect.

i agree with chilli though, the passenger seat is much less comfortable. so thankfully i'm usually the driver. for some reason on the passenger side, the wall that your feet sit on is much closer to the seat, giving you less room to stretch out.

That's funny, because 2 days ago was the first time I was in the passenger seat in my car and I had the seat all the way back so my Hubby could see out the side window ok, and I had nothing to rest my feet on, I guess I'm just way to short to be a passenger, haha!
I'll stick to being the driver!

I am 6'3" and have about an 1-1.5" clearance with seat max'd. I have not had any leg problems and have taken a few 1-2 hour trips. I am planning a 5 hour spin so I should know better after that. I do move my left leg and stretch it while driving. Only issue I have had is knowing when to duck when going over a bump!

Okay well I'm 6'3.5 and never had my leg fall asleep. I've taken the Crossfire on a 10 hour road trip before as well, and never got a cramp, or really felt uncomfortable at all. Sometimes I get a pain in my back, but it's usually from sitting in an awkward position, which sometimes happens when I'm just driving and driving.. so a little readjustment usually fixes that. Anyway I love my xfire, tight squeeze or not.

Hmm, I may be the bigg guy of the bunch - I'm 6'3 1/2" and about 230lbs, and I have a pretty solid build. I have to keep my seat all the way back, and even then my left leg gets a little bit cramped on long trips because the foot rest is a bit too far up and over to the side to be comfortable for me (which is one of the reasons I got the auto instead of the manual - the clutch position for the manual would have cramped my thighs up so they pressed against the bottom of the steering wheel).

However, I knew going in the fit would be tight, and it's not so tight as to make me think about it constantly - tpically I'm thinking what a joy it is to blow the doors off the car in the other lane when launching from a traffic light.

I am 5'4", 110lbs. I drove a long distance (only 100+ miles) for the first time last week. I felt like I was sitting on a rock. My but was so sore & it did feel numb after a while. We just sold a 3 series BMW, that was the most comfortable ride. With all the service problems I've had, I'm starting to regret my purchase. That FX45 is starting to look a lot better these days. Bummer.

I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs and last week drove for 3 hours from Chicago to Detroit area(I let my Hubby drive the rest of the way, for a little while) and I had fun! The seat was great and so was the ride. I guess maybe you should gain 5 lbs for a little more padding, haha! (Just kidding)
