Default Paint Issues

Wondering if in fact anyone has any solutions to fixing a a minute perimeter of paint that has been robbed of its clear coat lining? It is a slight discoloration next to the original paint of Alabaster white. It is small but quite frankly I can't sleep! My car has been injured.

the bmw parts department offers clear coat touch-up paint...this may help.

A clear coat repair kit was posted a long time ago, I think it is available at langka.com.
