Default Are you kidding me??! Flyer went INSIDE my door.

My Crossfire was at the parking lot, I returned to find a 4"x6" advertising card someone had slipped between the rubber seal and the glass on the drivers side door. I should have removed it right then, but instead I opened the door first. Instantly the card dropped INSIDE the door panel.

Would you leave the card in the door or spend an hour removing the door panel (and possibly break a few clips and/or the speaker bezel)?

And I'm thinking that friggen' card will get wet and soggy when the car is washed.

Let me know what you guys would do.

Take the panel off carefully and get the card out
See if it is a card asking you if you are a member of the Crossfire forum as many of us leave cards on Crossfires when we see them

If it's not one of the members here then contact the number on the card and give em hell for leaving their card in your door

You don't remove any speaker trim to take off a door panel, but you might damage the pull handle removing the front part to get to the screws. You will need some weird sized Torx bits to remove everything though.

There's something wrong with your weather stripping . . . or your window is loose. That could never happen on mine.

There's a Torx screw under the cover for the tweeters. Plus some fragile plastic clips. Also one behind the side airbag emblem.

The SRS cover I remember but I forgot about the door handle/tweeter cover. The clips are fragile everywhere!

I just checked, only the drivers side has this gap, not the passenger. Just enough for a postcard to slide through. The area is directly above the door handle.

One word of advice, if your removing the door panel, make sure you disable the air bag system according to the instructions. I hear once this is done wrong, it'll take a trip (very expensive) to the dealership to 'reset' the system. That's what I heard (if I remember correctly) but I cannot reference you the posts or section of the service manual. Good luck!

Success! I got the card out by releasing enough clips and screws (everything except the tweeter cover) to pull the inner panel away from the door and reach in.

Now I really hate Salsa
