You can waste time with "Maybe its this, maybe its that..." till the cows come home. It is not very likely this will get you anywhere.
There is ONE way to determine where the current is going - and onehundred80 gave you a link to it. You have GOT to open the battery ground cable and insert a meter and see what you have. Once you see what current is flowing, you pull fuses and open circuits until you find where it is going. THEN, you fix what is causing it.
