Suggestions for Neck pain
Hey all, the heated seats help with my back 'issues', but was wondering if anyone's found a panacea for neck pain, which unfortunately the bucket seats do not help. I was thinking of something that is like a pillow, but is heated, (either with batteries or car adapter) and maybe has a massage feature as well. Anyone using something like this which works, and point me to where you got it?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Go see a chiropractor. I get neck pain too. It is the bones slightly out of alignment that then pinch the muscle and it spasms and gets stiff. Chiropractor will re-align the bones and then after you should see a physio who can massage out the knots in the muscles.

What I have with me is another healthcare product which I bring along to my office everyday because its simply handy. I bought it here and I found a link in UK. Since the product is rather recognized worldwide perhaps you can try.

Let me know what you guys find out. My neck could use more support in the xfire too. I've thought about those little neck pillows that basically go around your neck.. they look like they'd work well, only I'd be embarrassed every time someone looked over and sees me using one.. which is a lot considering how many looks the xfire gets.
Unfortunately our headrest doesn't come forward enough, like on other cars.. Take a look at the new SL seats, the headrest is separate and forward of the rest of the seat. If I rest my head back against the xfire seat its very uncomfortable, almost an unnatural position.. its not comfortable to strain your neck just to rest it against the seat...
This cars seats definitely could use some improvement. They are 6 inches thick yet they feel like a board.. and if they were boards covered in leather, the car would be a lot roomier yet feel the same on ur **** and back.
Oh yeah, how about some lumbar support for god sakes? Geez. I don't know who this car was made to comfortable for.. I'm 6'3 and I'm too big, my girlfriend is 4'11 and she's too small. Sorry but not everyone is 5'6 and 150lbs. Great car indeed but you can definitely tell they didn't put much thought into everything. (as evidenced by their numerous TSBs for every possible thing that could go wrong).

Guys, you own a crossfire!
I hope I never see a xfire driver with any of these ridiculous necksupports or massage ball seats! Not even in a nightmare ...

Hey, all I want is a bloody pillow with some heat!! Why couldn't the heated seats go up to the neck/shoulder region? Or make the neck area not have the awkward curve, that gives zero neck support? It's not asking to much for some designer to have ergonomic experience on the seat, is it?

Phil, I am 6'4 and 185 lbs. I just perfectly fit in ... even without a shoehorn!!
Beside, it's a sports car. Like KyleJWink said before, if anyone needs something soft and cushy, a buick might really be the right choice.
