I've made my choice + 2005/2006 question
And the Crossfire is it. OMG, what a hot looking and driving little running shoe.
Story time: The missus and I were out test-driving cars for her to replace her Hyundai Accent. We went to drive a PT cruiser, but as we were pulling into the lot, I saw a black Crossfire that was parked at the entrance. She drove it, but I didn't at first. I couldn't wipe the smile off her face for a month, and that was just from a single test drive. She wanted it soooo bad, but her desire for a 'practical' car won out and got a Murano. Very nice indeed.
A couple of weekends ago, I finally gave it a shot. I still have 'the smile'. I've driven a few other cars, but no other said "I got your back, man" like the Xfire did. It had power, but with restraint, if you know what I mean. A mature-feeling car, unlike the Z that said "WOOHOO, I'M CRAZY LIKE A BUG, BABY!" So, the decision is made. Now I wait for an estate to settle, and an Xfire is mine.
By the time I get the money together for it, though, the 2006 models will be out. Does anyone know what the differences will be, if any?

Re: I've made my choice + 2005/2006 question
You'll be able to get an 05' by then and save a bunch of money. For instance, the dealership where I leased mine from has an SRT-6 for $38K and regular Crossfires are going for $23K-$27K and that's right now, wait till the fall and I bet they go down, stupid me, but then again, if I had waited, I might be driving something else and missing out what these cars are all about!
