404 HP/ 410 lbs torque crossfire
sorry if this has been posted already but I sure wish I could afford to make my crossfire this fast...

(faster and cheaper than a SRT-6! at least it was cheaper when they first came out)

or if you wanted something just fast and new and wanted to star with DCX, buy a used srt-4 for around 15k, add 900 dollars in parts, and run high 12's. Or spend 2600 dollars in parts and say to high 11's via la AGP turbo 50trim kits.
base price of crossfire car 30k
performance package 22k
brakes and suspension 4k
Crossfire that runs??? with 404 hp, = Priceless.
srt-4 21k
stage 3 upgrade 5k
Front wheel
11's = Still an ugly neon, but it'll be fast enough to "run" away from the better looking cars.
PS. I have nothing against other makers or neons, My first car was a neon. I just love cars period. But a crossfire with that much power, to go with the look. I would love to have to go along with my 05' z06, enzo, Saleen s7 and carrera gt.

why does it seem that srt-4's with stage three always seem to run high 12's and low 13's when i see it. not worth $4,500. and just buying the bigger turbo wouldn't be enough to run those numbers. there would be alot more work to go into it if you wanted to have a car that ran for more than a month.

Actually, I brought this up before, can you imagine some how installing the srt-4 drivetrain into the crossfire. It would make it lighter, and make it pull fast as hell.
I am sure it could be done. Say 5k for drivetrain, $2,500 agp turbo kit, and misc $5,000. To be on the high side. So for $12,500 you have a 450 whp crossfire. I'd buy that for a dollar.

Everyone is spending around $3,700 for the stage 3 new, and everyone buys it because, its plug and play with no tuning required.
The kit is complete btw for around $2,500, has a 50 trim, fuel kit and everything else to get it going. Check it out on their website. You then could have it tuned for even more power. There are a great deal of these cars with this kit installed for a long time with no problems.
I'll tell you this my SRT-4 will be missed. If I didn't get a divorce and paying almost $800 on two cars a month, I would have never let her go. It was stock and could run side by side with my Dad's 2000 Vette from 30-90, plus I hade two people in the car with me. My Dad couldn't believe it he thought he was going to dust me. Nothing can give you a better feeling then that, trust me.
