For a lot of questions the best way to find the answer is by using our old friend Google. I entered ‘ Crossfire coolant and the second on the list gave the correct answer’.
The Owners Manual suggest Valvoline GO5 or a similar coolant.

Like others, here's the text from a 2007 Owners Manual which states the MB spec plus an example: Use only coolant approved to MB 325.0, such as Valvoline GO5, or an equivalent extended life coolant.
Make sure you fill using distilled water to get 50/50 mixture.

Thank you for your help and have a nice Sunday.
You forgot a small country in North America, Canada. Shame on you.
Its so cold here we add Zerex to our beer.😉
Oh yeah I totally have it. I've got the original one still in the glove box, but a lot's changed in 18 years as far as coolant technology. So the question of using the Xerox GO5 5050 which I just bought 5 gallons of is still good to use in our crossfires
A speed bleeder is a replacement valve for your vehicle's brake or hydraulic clutch system that features a built-in check valve. It allows you to flush old fluid and bleed trapped air entirely by yourself, eliminating the tedious two-person "pump-and-hold" process. [
What is he advantage of the speed bleeders? Thanks Monty
Speed bleeders work really well on older classical cars that have the metal oblong brake fluid reservoir. However on newer cars with the plastic reservoir and round screw on caps a pressure bleeder works best.
I do have speed bleeders on all my cars and trucks, but on the Crossfire I installed them before i got a pressure bleeder and now find they are not neccessary. I use this now:
